Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and New Expert Global Traders LLC (“ChatVory”, “we”, “us”). By using chatvory.ai and the ChatVory chat service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
ChatVory is an AI chat assistant. It lets you send messages and receive AI-generated replies using third-party AI models. ChatVory is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. GPT, Claude and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Plans and payments
The Free plan has usage limits. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and limits are shown on our website and may change with notice. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- create or spread content that is abusive, harassing, hateful or sexually exploits minors;
- generate malware, spam or fraudulent content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
- bypass usage limits, resell access, or use automated tools to overload the Service;
- violate the usage policies of the AI providers whose models power the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AI-generated content
AI replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions without checking with a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use any reply.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in the content you submit. You give us permission to process it, including by sending it to our AI providers, as needed to provide the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and changes
We may change, limit or stop any part of the Service at any time. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatVory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
