Refund Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid ChatVory plans sold by New Expert Global Traders LLC. The Free plan is free of charge, so no refunds apply to it.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds on your first payment

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan. Email support@chatvory.ai from the email address on your account.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.

When a refund may be refused

We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests or a breach of our Terms of Service.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.
