This Privacy Policy explains how New Expert Global Traders LLC (“ChatVory”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use chatvory.ai and the ChatVory chat service (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account details. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form).
- Chat content. The messages you send to ChatVory and the replies you receive.
- Payment details. If you buy a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment information. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your requests.
- Cookies and local storage. We use these to keep you signed in, remember your settings and keep your conversation available in your browser.
How we use information
- To provide the Service and generate replies to your messages.
- To manage accounts, plans, usage limits and payments.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To answer support requests and send important notices about the Service.
- To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
AI providers and other service providers
ChatVory does not run its own AI models. To answer you, your messages are sent to the third-party AI provider behind the option you select: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini). These providers process your messages under their own terms and privacy policies.
We also share information with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe) and email providers. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Please do not share sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records or other sensitive personal information into the chat.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@chatvory.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
International transfers
We and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
