Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ChatVory.ai (the "Service"), operated by NEW EXPERT GLOBAL TRADERS LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use ChatVory

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must give accurate account information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What the Service does

ChatVory lets you chat with AI models from several providers, and use features such as web search, translation, image generation and editing, and voice. We may add, change or remove models and features at any time.

3. AI output

AI replies are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or biased. Check anything important before relying on it. The Service does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not meant for emergencies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or the rights of others, or create content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
• produce malware, run attacks, or try to gain unauthorized access to systems;
• harass, threaten, defraud or deceive people, or generate spam;
• attempt to bypass daily limits, rate limits or other safeguards, scrape the Service, or resell access without our written permission;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

The AI providers we use also have their own usage policies, and those apply to the requests you send through us. We may refuse requests, limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to the Service ("Your Content") and of the replies you receive, as between you and us. You give us permission to store and process Your Content, and to send it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use it. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view that conversation.

6. Plans, limits and payments

• The Service has a Free plan and paid Starter, Pro and Ultra plans. Each plan has daily and monthly limits on the number of chat messages, web searches, generated images and (on Pro and Ultra) answers from advanced AI models, and may limit which AI models are available. When an advanced-answer limit is used up, a fast model answers instead. Each plan includes a monthly number of standard-quality images; after that, images are made in a lower quality. At very busy times a message may not be answered; such a message does not count toward your limits. Daily limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC. Monthly limits reset on the calendar month for the Free plan and on your renewal date for paid plans. When a monthly limit is used up, that feature stays unavailable until the next reset. The current limits and prices are shown in the app under Settings, then Plan.
• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period (for example monthly) until you cancel. They are bought on our website and processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time under Settings, then Plan, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid plan normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal. Taxes may be added where required.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@chatvory.ai.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service depends on third-party providers, and features may be unavailable if a provider is down or changes its terms.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account in the app (Settings, then Account). If you have a paid plan, cancel it first. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
